We are now proud to introduce Standard Security’s enriched N.Y. Disability Law Insurance Program which is specifically geared to groups from 1 to 49 lives. Employers will now be able to offer an enhanced benefit package to their employees at affordable and competitive rates. This enhanced benefit provides payment options that range from $200.00 to $500.00 weekly. The rates are pre-set and no underwriting is required. Writing this coverage is as simple and easy as writing a statutory NY DBL policy, with plan selection available on our standard DBL application.

  1. Payment of 50% of the average weekly wage to a maximum of $170 per week;
  2. Payment of benefits for a maximum of 26 weeks within a consecutive 52 week period; and
  3. Commencement of benefits on the eighth consecutive day of disability
